COVID-19 Updates
November 23, 2023
Our highest priority at Montereau is the health, safety and well-being of our residents, employees and families. We are in constant communication with our local health professionals and monitor the CDC for guidance and best practices. We continue to update the precautions we are taking to ensure everyone’s ongoing safety.
Throughout the pandemic, we have prioritized everyone’s physical safety, but we also have recognized the incredible toll on everyone’s social and emotional health. We are grateful to our residents and our team members for going above and beyond. It is an honor to serve our community and everyone at Montereau.
Mitigation Measures
Since early 2020, mitigation steps at Montereau have included:
- Following the strictest CDC guidelines for everyone’s safety.
- Working diligently to cut down on unnecessary entries into the community by relying on video engagements, telehealth when possible, deliveries to our residents, and more.
- Sanitizing high-touch areas.
- Maintaining a surplus of supplies from vendors.
- Continual check-ins with residents through multiple channels such as our in-house TV channel, weekly newsletters, broadcast fitness programs and more.
- Prioritizing vaccine access as soon as available from the local health departments.
What’s Next?
The Montereau team remains ready to act swiftly and implement all necessary measures for our continued safety and well-being. Our teams are proactive, always planning and adjusting for what comes next so that our residents can continue to thrive without worrying about tomorrow.
